Welcome!

My name is Bailey Benedict, and I am an Organizational Communication Scholar and Management Educator.

I study how individuals and communities use communication networks to manage uncertainty and build resilience. My research examines how people make meaning, share understanding, and navigate complex systems in everyday, workplace, and crisis contexts.

As an Assistant Professor of Management, I teach business communication, organizational behavior, and leadership. Through both scholarship and public engagement, I translate research on social networks, identity, and resilience into accessible insights.
